Hill+Knowlton Strategies Launches Research+Data Insights

NEW YORK, 23 January 2012 – Hill+Knowlton Strategies announced today the creation of a new organization, Research+Data Insights (R+D Insights). R+D Insights is designed to provide the firm’s clients with data analytics and primary research to establish strategic and effective communications to their key stakeholders.

“Hill+Knowlton Strategies understands that research and measurement are fundamental to everything we do and that every assignment should be driven by and founded on research,” said Jack Martin, global chairman & CEO. “The R+D Insights organization will be critical in helping our clients navigate their way through an increasingly challenging public environment.”

“In addition to offering H+K Strategies’ messaging, communications and reputation research, R+D Insights adds a new emphasis on data analytics that stems from the growth of social media and the need for analysis and insights into this growing communications platform,” said Global Vice Chairman Peter Zandan, Ph.D.

R+D Insights will be based in H+K Strategies’ New York office and will consist of research centers around the world. The organization will be chaired by Zandan. David Iannelli will oversee global research and Michael Lustina, Ph.D. will oversee U.S. research as well as the group’s global operations.
