QC Liang

QC Liang is the President and CEO of H+K Strategies Greater China and is responsible for driving growth in business, managing operations and client service across H+K offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

QC is a highly experienced communications professional, with over 26 years of track record managing both agencies and in-house functions. A proven specialist in brand building and reputation management, QC’s expertise covers the full spectrum of public affairs, PR, executive profiling, branding, marketing and CSR.

Prior to joining H+K in 2016, QC worked with TCL Corporation in Shenzhen where he was Assistant President and General Manager of Branding, responsible for the company’s PR / advertising, branding strategy, sports and entertainment marketing. He was also managing director of TCL’s media and entertainment business, and secretary general of TCL Charity Foundation. He began his career at the China International Public Relations Association (CIPRA) in 1992 and was instrumental in helping Fleishman-Hillard and APCO Worldwide establish themselves in the China market over a period of 12 years.

QC currently serves on the jury boards of ROI Awards, Effie Awards, and Dandelion Awards. He served as chairman of Suqin Chamber of Communications 2016-2018, and Chairman of CIPRA Professional Agencies Committee 2002-2004.

QC holds an MBA from City University of Seattle and a BA in English and American Literature from University of International Relations, Beijing. He also completed Beijing Film Academy executive program.
