One of the things we’re most proud of in London is our vibrant culture of learning and development. We challenge our people constantly to feed their curiosity, inspiring them to acquire the skills they need both to be the best partner to their clients and to develop the career they want.
There is nothing ‘typical’ about the people who work here. With experience in many different industries and cultures, some have had other careers first. What they share is a passion to help clients drive their business and succeed, together.
Our London office is home to H+K’s first Global Center of Creative Strategy. It places change, innovation and creativity at the heart of everything we do. We inspire our people to be curious and to explore all aspects of society to learn, grow and inform their thinking, their opinions, their behaviours. Corporately we have developed five programmes to inspire a culture of constant curiosity that everyone throughout the agency has access to, helping our people grow in these five areas to become Idea Catchers, Technology Speculators, Campaign Architects, Culture Creators and Master Storytellers.
And we believe that learning shouldn’t be confined inside the agency. As well as encouraging staff to attend exhibitions, openings and events, each year we send handpicked H+Kers to some of the industry’s major marketing festivals including Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, Eurobest, Mobile World Congress, SXSW and CES.
Career development needs to be matched with the right working environment. A good location always helps and our stunning offices in Clerkenwell sit at the heart of one of the most vibrant areas of London. The agency’s open plan layout reflects the lack of hierarchy and collaborative work ethic, and our top floor bar provides a great space for the Thursday night socials. The right benefits matter too, so a range of health and well-being perks is in place to suit all different stages of life.
And of course, you will be part of producing some of the most outstanding creative work in our industry; work that influences the way businesses, people and communities thrive and prosper.
We are committed to ensuring we have an inclusive culture for all of our people. This year, for the first time, UK companies with over 250 staff on their monthly payroll report on their gender pay gap. View our 2017 Gender Pay Gap Report here.
