The concept of online food ordering and delivery services was quite new to the Thai market. H+K Strategies Thailand worked closely with foodpanda to pull out valuable resources and initiated activities with creative and interesting story angles – both business and CSR – to achieve the following objectives:
- Increase awareness of foodpanda among Thai consumers and make the brand top-of-mind
- Strengthen foodpanda’s position as the global leader on online food marketplace
Among of the activities are the first foodpanda press briefing in Thailand with selected business and IT media, and feature article of partnership with Gift of Happiness Foundation for CSR media. The activities drove foodpanda Thailand’s coverage to reach 5th rank among 40 countries in the first month with 776% increase from the previous month.
