Beijing and Singapore, 2nd November 2016 — Hill+Knowlton Strategies (H+K) has expanded QC Liang’s role to become President & CEO of H+K China. He will report to H+K APac Chairman, Vivian Lines.

Vivian Lines comments: “Earlier this year QC Liang joined H+K. He has established himself as a strong CEO and will now assume the title of President and CEO to drive our business forward into the next stage of growth in China.

QC Liang adds: “I am honoureqc-liangd to take over leadership of H+K China. As PR continues to evolve in China, I will be focused on further strengthening our content, digital and creative offer to ensure that we are constantly at the top of our game and delivering the best communications solutions for our clients.”

QC Liang has 25 years’ experience of marketing and communications in China with companies and agencies. Immediately before joining H+K he was Assistant President and General Manager of Branding at TCL Corporation, responsible for the company’s public relations, advertising, branding strategy, sports and entertainment marketing.

The transition comes as China Chairman, Mdm. Ye Yu, steps down to pursue personal interests after 12 years with H+K and two years in the Chairman’s role, steering the business through a rapidly evolving business and media landscape.
