What Makes a Great Mentor?

While H+K has formal mentoring programs, such as mentorHER and the Global Virtual Mentoring Program, there are also those natural mentorships that blossom when you meet someone who inspires you, someone whose career path or work ethic you admire, and most importantly, someone you can see yourself connecting with easily. Barbara Melchin, Vice President, San Francisco, found such a mentor in Kevin Elliott, Senior Vice President, San Francisco.
